Hopefully in right place

Hello all,
I hope this is the right place for this question. Recently I upgraded
my Xwindows to version 3.3.2 I followed the instructions to what I
thought was the letter. After some problems with the S3V server, I
settled on the SVGA one. After I got that up and running, I found I no
longer had AfterStep working. I decided to reinstall, but when I try to
recompile I get an error saying
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.tmpl:1315: X11.rules: No such file or
directory imake: Exit code 33. Stop. Has anyone had any problem like
this before? There is no file called X11.rules anywhere on my system.
If this file is needed, can someone tell me where I could find it?
Currently, the only window manager I can get to work is twm; and that
hurts. If this is not the right place for this question, I'm sorry and
could someone tell me where would be a good place to post it to.

Thank you very much,
HowarD
