How did you install TkStep? by tar.gz or rpm?  If rpm, do an:
	#rpm -qlp TkStep-8.0p2-1.i386.rpm | grep wishstep
	it should give you -
		/usr/bin/wishstep
		/usr/bin/wishstep8.0

If you used tar.gz, did you run "make install"?

In other words, wishstep is a symlink to wishstep8.0.  8.0 is the version
I have, your major, minor, patch level will differ as well as your
platform.
