Hi Dmitry,

You're running out of colours.  Check the FAQ on this question for a
detailed description; but basically, the issue is that you only have so
many possible colours available (probably you're running 8-bit, so you've
only 256 colours available), and you have icons, &c., which want more than
those 256 colours.  You can either use fewer colours in your icons, or you
can increase the colourdepth that you use for X.
