Speaking of small HTML browsers, although one could always use lynx,
take a look at XMayday (http://www.axene.com/english/xmayday.html). It's
definitely small and fast, but it's not intended to be a "full" HTML
browser, and therefore it has some limitations (for example, it does not
handle frames). But, for simple HTML documents it might be of use --
specially when Netscape hangs because you haven't established a PPP
connection, and all you wanted to do was check some documentation
written in HTML... :-/ The current version of XMayday can be downloaded
and used free of charge (I don't know for future versions).
