since he's running AfterStep, clicking on the blue afterstep icon will bring up
the FAQ (as long as netscape is on his system.)

maybe AfterStep should come with a SMALL HTML browser for it's local
documentation.  [ something like afscape ;-) ]  the Netscape source is simply to
big to use it!
