1.4.5.4 patch

I just uploaded the 1.4.5.4 patch to ftp.afterstep.org (at Guylhem's 
request).  It patches a bunch of files with spaces in their name, and 
those patches fail due to a bug in patch.  Does anybody know how to get 
around this?  In the meantime, that patch will be fun to apply... ;)
