If you are using anything higher that 1.1, than a .steprc is not the
preferred choice of customization. You should have a
~/GNUstep/Library/Afterstep directory in which resides all of the files
for you to configure. Look at
http://www.via.ayuda.com/~smw/afterstep/starter.html for help on
customizetion of the new directory structure. If some of the files are
not there, copy them from /usr/share/afterstep, I think
