rxvt & xiterm

Although this has little to do with Afterstep, I figure many people on
this list run rxvt..

I was wondering, how do you set up rxvt or xiterm so that when you
run it, it automatically executes your .profile?  typing . .profile for 
every window opened is very tiresome..

Btw, why the different names?  They are written (or modified/enhanced) by
the same person.
