ChangeLog:
  made AS generate 2 gtkrc files for 1.x and 2.x and place them directly into ~/ dir, so that refresh functionality works - it seems that stupid GTK don't reread rc files unless its timestamp changed, and furthermore it don't checks symlinked or included file's timestamp. Dumb.
