ChangeLog:
  Fixed problem in base loading where there were no sanity checks for DesktopScale value; 
  Fixed a bug in ASStorage where small images < 15 pixel widths would come out broken;
  Implemented partially property tree printing in ASConfig;
  Added ASStorage functionality to be able to query original size of the stored data
