ChangeLog:
  fixed handling of WM_PROTOCOL changes where WM_COMMAND would get lost and session management would stop working;
  Found bug with huge impact - all the geometry calculations were off as we were forgetting border width of the frame window;
  Fixed handling of button presses on border of the frame
