ChangeLog:
  Fixed wicked bug in stacking order handling where new window would get put into the bottom of the stack instead of to the top of it, while visually being on top; Fixed slowness inmenu item selection that has been bothering MG_Tak and some other ppl for long time - thank you all for persistence in bugging me :); Fixed slowness in window movement/resizing(same as slowness in menus :)
