No matter what I try, using the static libftlk needs -lXft. I tried
playing around with the default libftlk 1.1.3 install but to no avail
and so by default it seems to need the extra library when linked and
as such, here's the patch to fix the finder test for it.
As always, since this is a patch for configure.in, don't forget to
generate the new configure file after applying. :)
