[as-devel] spam

It looks like the host for this list (crystaltokyo.com) has upgraded
majordomo to a new version.  Normally I would be happy about this, but it
seems that there is no restriction on posting to the list now, and spam
has started appearing.  This is a Bad Thing (tm).

I've added "restrict-post=as-devel" to the config in an attempt to fix the 
problem, and this solution appears to be working.  A test by a non-member 
address results in a bounce.

Thanks to those who notified me personally; although I *did* notice the 
spam, the amount was very small and the fix to majordomo sufficiently 
non-obvious that it took some complaining to get me to fix it.  My 
apologies to everyone on the list for taking so long.  None of us like 
spam.
