[as-devel] /tmp vs $TMP/$TMPDIR

Could afterstep please check for TMP and/or TMPDIR environment
variables for a place to put the afterstep.UID.DISPLAY= socket,
instead of just using the hardcoded /tmp? If you want, I'd happily
make a patch, but I doubt it'd save you any time :).
