  more work on implemntation of MyDecorLayout.
  Added ASPlacement structure.
  Changed unload_icon interface
  Added MyLayoutShape to accomodate all the various spacers/shapers
  MyContextsLayout changed to scalar structure and ASVector is used fo to store array of them.
