ChangeLog:
  Fixed bug that was causing VRoot value not being updated when 
  new desktop was created.
  Added AS_IconMapped to compliment AS_Mapped status flag.
  Added third parameter to M_MAP message to include window's ID of the window being
  mapped.
  Icons should work now except for titles on them - that still is no show.
