  Fixed memory audition for new property reading/allocation functions : 
  XListProperties, XGetTextProperty, XAllocClassHint, XAllocSizeHints;
  added LOCAL_DEBUG_CALLER_OUT macro to enable runtime caller 
  backtracing.
