Hiya ppl

I apologise for long time it is taking me to complete this patch 9 of mine.
I've had some hectic time and the task appeared to be rather big.

To let other developers take a look of what I'm up to I've posted my current
devel snapshot on my XOOM site:

I'll be updating it as I progress.

It includes rewrite of AS border and frame decoration drawing code,
as well as resizing/geometry code.
ScreenInfo and ASWindow structures are affected.

Snapshot won't even compile yet ;)
but It more or less has the idea implemeted.

I'll keep on working on it as fast as I can ( which is rather slow actually :/ )

If anyone has any sugestions/comment - feel free to drop me a line.
