Hi,
I have a pile of notes (sorry, mostly paper) for exactly this. Actually,
the time I spent on the FAQ suffered from working on the guide. I'm
happy to suggest anything you like. And, of course, you (as anybody else)
are welcome to take the FAQ over from my incompetent hands. I never seem
to have the time to look after it.
