Depends what you mean. If you mean "standard", forget about it. I was on
the receiving end of the "common-key-shortcuts" thread on the window
manager list at one point. There's no way a standard will ever go
anywhere for this: too many religious issues. I think, if you're going to
do this, find out what others are doing, and tell them what you want to do
-- but do no more co-ordination than that. (This is, of course, how we
got four million different UNIX variants, but the alternative is to spend
forty years trying to design a standard.)
Of course, my $0.02 are Canadian, so they're worth even less.
