Another standard we might want to look at, if we're going to base our config
files around standards, is to coordinate a set of standard names/tags for
common functions between window managers, so someone could use their AS config
as a base for setting up an E config, or a WM config, or... or vice versa. The
files probably wouldn't be completely portable between all the wm's, but
certainly enough to save a lot of people a lot of time.
