[as-devel] Bug in AfterStep

I'm 99.999% sure this is a bug.


Here's the problem: when an iconified app changes its icon (the app in
question is licq, and it uses its icon to show your online status), the
icon is moved somewhere else - usually somewhere like the upper-left
corner.

I can get it back to where it belongs by un- and re-iconifying it, but
this is very annoying...

Also, when I move an icon outside the IconBox, it tends to not want to
go back - it stays near the center of the screen - very irritating.

Hope we can get these bugs squashed...
