New contrib patch on fao

	A patch has been submitted for inclusion that is said to fix the
PutOnTop bug in the latest devel.  It's name is PutOnTop-patch or
something similar. :)

	Also, Mulligan's patch is still in the contrib dir too; was it
ever included?
