The AfterStep applets distribution and mail archives site is
located at http://www.tigr.net/afterstep/

The server www.tigr.net is moved to a new location. The server
as such is already operational, now it is a matter of updating
the DNS records. If the domain tigr.net stops responding 
(cross my fingers) you can reach the new server using its
IP address at http://216.32.211.115/
