HELP on installation

Hi,

I am not asking for some built binary. I wanted to compile the source code
myself. However, after configuration, make does not do anything but showing
some
error message. Could you give me some help? I am running Solaris 2.4 with CDE
windows manager. As I observe the output message from configure, it might be
the
problem of libXpm.so, which is actually installed in /usr/openwin/lib/libXpm.so.
However I could not find a file called configure.h to edit as instructed in the
README. And I didn't find any file containing

	#define XPMLIBRARY -L/usr/local/lib -R/usr/local/lib -lXpm

thanks,

The output messages from configure and make are the following
