AfterStep is now in a feature freeze - no new features will be added
before 1.5-final. Even non-critical bugfixes have been put on hold so
we can release. It's been too long since a "stable" release. We'll be
switching to a linux kernel style versioning scheme, so the next version
will be 1.6 (stable) and 1.7 (devel). Hopefully 1.6 will be released
next week, when the man page update has been finished, but no promises. :)
Code additions have been put on hold in the meantime, but this doesn't
mean coding work has stopped; if you want to submit a patch, it's more
than welcome. Also, any bug which causes AS to not compile, or to crash,
should be fixed ASAP - we want 1.5-final to be _very_ stable.
BTW, what should "MaximizeArea" do? :)
