Thanks for the opportunity. 

What are your resource needs?  

We allow only secure ssh access for logins (for a certain limited number
of admins), only anonymous outbound ftp (inbound transfers must be vi
scp), and we can handle a virtual domain name for httpd (Apache).  Would
this scenario suit your needs?
