Ok, I lied.  I forgot that we had a Distinguished Visiting Professor in
the Department this week, and that I had to deal with the marks mess that
usually results from the first quiz.

So, I _should_ have the FAQ this weekend.  (Since I'm in Canada, this
weekend extends through Monday.)  If not, it'll be ready very early next
week.  I'm really quite close to done, but I'm trying to get things to the
point where this will require few big revisions in the next two or three
versions.

Again, I apologize to all for the delay.
