Malaysian Boeing crash investigation gets stranger and stranger…

International Expert Commission, investigating the crash of the Malaysian Boeing flight MH17 in Ukraine, has stopped its work. The reports will be late and the investigation itself is getting stranger and stranger…

Apparently, the experts have not been able to collect the wreckage and investigate the remaining parts, and without this procedure it is very unlikely that the earlier expressed version of the missile and gunfire attack to the plane will be “proven convincingly.”

Participants of the International Commission spent two weeks sitting fruitlessly in Kiev. The planned trips to the crashed site are postponed every time for security reasons. Many of the experts eventually asked to return home. On Thursday, August 7, it was decided that the Commission shall leave Ukraine. According to the official version – due to the completion of the “first stage of searching.”

The management of the commission did not specify when and how participants will begin the second phase, saying only that the rules of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) that establish a one month deadline to the release of the first results will have to be pushed back.

Useful and useless investigation

Russian expert believes that his colleagues at the Commission, mainly civilian experts, vainly spent the time to decipher flight data recorders of the “Boeing”, which gave too little information. Unpromising, in his opinion, were also attempts to find elements of a missile air defense system “Buk” in the bodies of the dead passengers. Finally, the study of photographs of the wreckage is also an exercise in futility, said the expert. According to him, the holes in the fuselage parts could be either signs of military assault or the result of their fall to the ground.

The specialist believes that the most important for the investigation is the field stage: collecting surviving debris and laying out on the ground in a form close to the real outlines of the “Boeing”. Further computation would allow to distinguish the trajectories of fragments and the so-called density of the flow, from where it would be possible to calculate the location and distance of the explosion epicenter relative to the aircraft, and ultimately – the type of explosion. In this way, the Russian experts unequivocally established the cause of Tu-154 crash over the Black Sea in 2001, which was hit by a Ukrainian missile.

Why don’t they let the experts investigate?

The Malaysian experts that had access to the crash site before noted how helpful and friendly the representatives of the Donetsk Republic were. The experts were welcome to stay on the ground and were guarded by the militia. Unfortunately, Ukrainian Army used this as an opportunity to attack and kill the militia at the site of the accident. According to some sources, the OSCE observers actively helped the attacks by Ukrainian Army in at least one instance, provoking an outcry of dignified disbelief from the leaders of the Donetsk Republic.

Some experts said even then that the crash site is the most important part of the evidence. They also questioned the motives of the Ukrainian government in attacking the crash site guards and using heavy weapons in the area that was designated as a “no-war” zone for the duration of the investigation.

Russia’s representative to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, told the Security Council that the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko promised a cease-fire in the disaster area, but it was not fulfilled, and the “Ukrainian officials have publicly announced a new task – to clean up from the militias and to take control of this territory.” Such actions diplomat called “a direct violation of Security Council resolution 2166”, which are fraught with “the most disastrous consequences for an objective and impartial international investigation” of the tragedy.

Interestingly, the situation was announced as “normalized” by the experts when Australians took over the investigation on the ground and UN Security Council issued a resolution requiring access to the site on 21 July. The experts reported then that “no further involvement of Security Council is required.” Suddenly, now it turns out that the International Commission could never even get to the site for “security reasons”… oops.

Attack by Ukrainian Air Force remains the main version

Meanwhile, the main version of the catastrophe remains an attack of the passenger airliner by a fighter of Ukrainian Air Force. Experts believe that the fighter jet fired an “air-air” missile on the passenger airplane and then “finished it off” with a series of shots from its 30-millimeter cannon. According to them, this may explain the nature of the damage and the line-up of fragments: there are both rounded holes, usually resulting from a shot out of a cannon and holes characteristic of an “air-air” missile bursting with flechettes.

According to this version, a heat-seeking missile with a three-kilogram warhead was used, which rammed into the hottest place of the aircraft – the engines. This eliminates the previously touted idea that the plane was shot down by a “Buk“, since then, according to experts, virtually nothing would be left of the aircraft, and certainly the “finish-off” shot from a jet-fighter cannon would not be required. The attack could be carried by either a SU-25 or a MIG-29, both of which Ukrainian Air Force employs.

And now it gets even stranger…

Washington Times reports that a top pro-Russia rebel commander in eastern Ukraine has given a bizarre version of events surrounding the Malaysian jetliner crash — suggesting many of the victims may have died days before the plane took off.The pro-rebel website Russkaya Vesna on Friday quoted Igor Girkin as saying he was told by people at the crash site that “a significant number of the bodies weren’t fresh,” adding that he was told they were drained of blood and reeked of decomposition.

Jim Stone apparently reports that the same story is backed by information from doctors, workers and other media sources.

Russia has shown proof that Ukranian fighter jets were accompanying flight MH17. Now an AP reporter has also stepped forward, saying that all along, from day one, he was shown proof that American satellites also tracked the shoot down, and that America knew Ukraine downed the plane as well. At the same time, America refuses to produce any factual evidence whatsoever and keeps referring to the … social networks like Facebook as their primary source of intelligence information.

The flight MH17 has continued its operation without a hitch directly after the disaster. Malaysian Airlines did not buy, lease, or rent an additional airplane and continued the service… meaning they probably never lost a plane, did they? When MH370 disappeared, the service has remained suspended for weeks, the Malaysian Airlines even retired the flight codes MH370 and MH371, so what’s so different this time that they can do “business as usual”?

The Malaysian Airlines is also de-listed and is not a publicly traded company anymore, conveniently placing it beyond the reach of private inquiries by shareholders, who will be prompted to keep it down: “Khazanah’s offer to minority shareholders gives them more than what their shares were worth before each of the passenger jet disasters.”

ukr_boeing_passports-mh17Several sources point to various other strange things at the crash site. The passports of victims found at the site are all in mint condition, there are no old, dirty or damaged passports. There are photos of bodies where the pieces of wreckage jammed into flesh do not produce any visible trace of blood.

Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott is alleging that a massive cover-up operation is underway at the crash site: “After the crime, comes the cover-up. What we have seen is evidence of tampering on an industrial scale and obviously that has to stop.” Western media is also starting to prepare us to the idea that “the proper investigation is not possible” due to the tampering done to the evidence… Apparently, it is time to blame the independence fighters of Eastern Ukraine for tampering with the evidence since they could not be blamed for shooting the plane down after all.

Stranger and stranger…
